I was surprised by how many people there were at this hospital! That's why there are so many reviews in the app, I thought The consultation manager was kind. Since I didn't choose a doctor there was a doctor introduced by the consultation manager I went early in my consultation process, so I didn't even have a question list I asked about this and that, and the doctor explained everything kindly! However, maybe because they were worried about possible complaints later from customers there wasn't a strong sense of certainty about what had to be done It felt like they were trying to match the direction the customer wanted as much as possible They did explain side effects and parts that wouldn't be possible They talked about the structure of my eyes and explained how to correct the asymmetry, and they also pointed out features of my eyes that I didn't know about, which was nice If I had gone after visiting several places, I think I would have asked better questions, so that was a pity The line about the price going up if I didn't reserve today left me with a bad feeling But after going to several consultations, they all said similar things
