I also got a consultation for functional nose + cosmetic nose at First Button Clinic, and they basically explained the surgery for rhinitis / inferior turbinate reduction and correction of a deviated septum. In particular, I asked separately about the nasal valve here, and they explained in detail, with the criteria, that although the CT findings were quite clear, the endoscopic findings were somewhat ambiguous, so it might be difficult to be recognized under the criteria for reimbursement claims. That helped me understand it well. Overall, compared with the places I have consulted so far, the explanation of the functional nose part was the most detailed and kind, and even during the actual consultation, I could feel that they did not pursue an overly flashy aesthetic nose style. Even if silicone were used, they recommended a relatively low height of about 2.5 mm compared with other places, and showing me the expected post-op image through Photoshop during the consultation was also helpful. Overall, the atmosphere was really comfortable, and including the response and explanation style, I got the impression that this was the kindest place I have consulted so far.
