I received a consultation at [Clinic A] for functional and cosmetic nasal surgery, and basically heard about surgery for rhinitis and the inferior turbinates, as well as correction of a deviated nasal septum. However, there was no separate mention of the nasal valve. For my case, they explained that they would improve the short nose and septal area together, using the septum to raise the nasal bridge. The consultation itself was kind and thorough, but the wait was quite long. Overall, it felt like a place with a truly high surgical volume, doing at least three cases a day as a baseline. Even so, I got the impression that “even when busy, they provide all necessary explanations and checks.” Despite the fast-turnover atmosphere, it seemed they tried to maintain the quality of consultations, and that part came across positively.
