The hospital waiting room was cozy and clean, and the staff were kind, so the first impression was good right away. Being overly kind can actually make me feel put off, but this was exactly the kind of basic courtesy I like. The waiting time was short, so I could get a consultation quickly. The doctor had a bright expression, was polite, and was appropriately kind. They do not take photos, but the consultation was really good. The consultation fee did not feel wasted. It actually felt like I learned something. I was told that cheekbone surgery would have very little effect for me and that my case did not fit their surgical method, and they explained that very clearly in an easy-to-understand way. It was not just 'no' for everything; I really learned more about my own face. Things I did not know, and things I thought I knew, I understood again. The consultation manager also did not pressure me at all to book, just shared their opinion and wrote the price on a sheet of paper. That was all, and then it ended. Even people who do not plan to have surgery here would still find it worth stopping by for a consultation
