The consultation manager was kind! In my line of work I meet a lot of doctors, and the doctor here had the typical attitude of someone who sees lots of common patients and performs a lot of procedures, so their skill was probably proven to some extent, but they were the type who doesn't pay much attention to the patient lololol. That's not necessarily a bad thing though (as long as the result is good); put positively, they seem like the type who only say what needs to be said. They were absolutely not especially kind or meticulous. The only disappointing thing was that there seemed to be a CT machine right in front of us, but they didn't scan before the consultation? They said the amount of septal cartilage can only be known by opening it up, so that part seems a bit worrying.
