My face wasn’t at the point where I needed a facelift + contouring, but my temples and outer cheeks were hollow, so my face shape was just too peanut-like... I also had no elasticity, and my lips felt kind of tight and pinched? At first I thought about just getting a mini lift, but that felt too scary and not really right either Honestly, unless you’re over 40 or dealing with sagging after contouring, I thought it’d be better to manage things with filler and simple procedures. A friend of mine works as a model and told me the clinic she goes to is popular with models and influencers, so I went through her introduction. It does seem like they do a lot of filler...? There were a lot of people coming in for filler too, and there were quite a few people who clearly looked like celebrities... Anyway, when I said I wanted to fill the hollow parts around my lips and add volume as naturally as possible, the director explained a lot of things and designed it for me, and after hearing the consultation I got the procedure almost under a spell.... They were really kind and meticulous, so even though I’d heard filler can be risky, I felt reassured?? The result honestly came out so satisfying, so if anyone has similar concerns as me, I really recommend it
