It’s already been a month since I had the two procedures: square jaw reduction and chin advancement. The protruding mouth was the biggest complex in my life, and after my first consultation at One Percent, I decided right away. It really seems like the best choice I made. Unlike what I worried about, even though it was contouring surgery, the pain was almost nonexistent, and it hurt less than when I had my wisdom tooth removed. There wasn’t much swelling either, so by day 7 my face was already about the same size as before surgery. Now, one month later, the mouth that I was worried about has really moved back a lot. I was worried that chin advancement might make my mouth look even more protruding, but it settled beautifully, and the line connecting the nose and mouth is getting prettier too. If it’s already like this at one month, I’m much more excited for 2 months and 6 months from now.
