He really made it look so natural that it doesn't seem like a surgical nose I emphasized that I wanted to keep my current face feeling mostly the same and just refine the hump and the nasal tip a bit, and I kept asking him not to make it a lifted nose, so it came out to the nose shape I wanted to some extent If you want a natural nose, I really recommend it! And I also liked that when removing the ear cartilage, they made an ear mold so the shape of the ear wouldn't change
