Overall, I was satisfied from the consultation through the surgery and recovery. During the consultation, they explained everything in detail in a way that suited my face, which gave me trust, and there was no feeling of being pushed into anything. They also answered my questions kindly before and after surgery, and the staff were polite, so the process was comfortable. The clinic facilities were also kept clean, and the waiting time was not particularly long. I am currently recovering
