I was told that lower eyelid surgery alone wasn't enough and that fat grafting would also have to be done in a second stage, which was what held me back from having surgery. I also heard that even if fat grafting is done very finely, it can still cause bumpiness or other side effects, so I thought it wasn't something to take lightly The doctor’s kindness was just so-so, and this was before lower eyelid surgery became that famous, but the price was more expensive than I expected, so I hesitated and ended up not doing it Just keep in mind that they recommend fat grafting a lot here.
