What I was most satisfied with was being able to spend enough time consulting with the director. I trusted the clinic even more because they said they only perform lower eyelid fat repositioning surgeries professionally, and during the consultation they didn’t just explain verbally, but used cotton swabs to point out one by one the areas that would actually be corrected, in a way that was easy to understand. Thanks to that, I was able to understand my eye condition and the changes after surgery in detail, and I could also ask my questions comfortably. The consultation itself was very thorough and satisfying, so I had a positive impression, but after seeing some negative reviews online, I still haven’t been able to decide on surgery. Based on the consultation alone, I felt reassured, but after considering the reviews as well, I thought I needed to think a little more carefully before deciding.
