Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Debating whether to have revision surgery with autologous dermis... or just remove the silicone

I regret getting rhinoplasty 15 years ago when I didn’t know anythingㅜ It’s not like my nose became super high and pretty, but I have an uncomfortable feeling because of the silicone. It feels a bit too mild to call it a complication, but once or twice a year? My nose throbs, gets red and swollen, and hurts. And because there’s a foreign material inside, I’m always anxious that someday I might develop inflammation or some major complication... While looking into silicone removal, I saw that a lot of people get revision surgery, either because the nose looks strange after removal only, or because they don’t like how low it becomes. I don’t really want a high, defined nose, but would it look strange because the skin has stretched? If I use autologous dermis, which doesn’t have complications, could I live comfortably for a long time without worrying?
