I had autologous rib cartilage nose surgery, double eyelid surgery, upper canthoplasty, and eye correction performed by Director Kim Hyun-ju. After my first surgery, my nose became crooked and the silicone moved, so I had a revision nose surgery at another hospital, but even after the second nose surgery the tip still drooped, and I wanted to correct the wide/nubbin-nose feeling, so I decided on a third rhinoplasty. Also, the double eyelids I had surgery on 7 years ago became thin and only one side loosened, so I wanted to improve the line a little and went with the buried method. After consulting with Director Kim Hyun-ju, I felt that the nose surgery method and materials were clearly different from the previous hospital. She checked the functional aspects of the nose carefully, and rather than only checking the height or shape or making a factory-style nose tailored to trends, she brought out my face's overall proportions and features to finely establish the center of the face, so I felt that she had a distinct sense of aesthetics. She also set the double eyelids to the height and line I wanted, so I decided to do them together. Even on the day of the eye and nose surgery, she designed everything while considering the overall balance, and I felt I had made the right choice of hospital. From right after the surgery until after the anesthesia wore off and through the early morning, there was no pain at all, and since the cotton wasn't left in for long, the nasal congestion wasn't hard to endure. Once I got past the sore throat, there were no difficult parts during recovery, and the line and nasal tip visible through the splint were so pretty that for a week I spent each day looking forward to it, taking my meds and focusing on cold compresses. Now that one month has passed, I have so much confidence in my side profile thanks to my pretty nose. Even my boyfriend, who said he'd hate it if it looked too obviously done, said my nose is pretty, and even my dad, who always opposes plastic surgery, admitted the surgery went well. My final autologous rib cartilage nose surgery seems to have ended at RU Plastic Surgery. As the nasal tip became higher, the alar base became narrower and it gained more dimension, so my face looks smaller and my impression has become more refined. In particular, the columella is exactly as I had hoped, so once the swelling between the eyes goes down, I think it will be exactly the nose I want. The eyes were also made into a thicker line, but the swelling wasn't severe and it's the shape I wanted. Thanks for making such a pretty line; I think I can finally stop worrying about the eye and nose stress I've had all this time!
