I had been under a lot of stress because of my hump nose since middle school. Every time I was photographed from the side, I was so conscious of my uneven nose line. I made up my mind and thought, “Before it gets any later, I really need to do this. Instead of worrying about it every time, I should get surgery and make myself cleanly prettier!” Since I’m a working adult, I looked into everything very carefully, from matching my vacation schedule to visiting a lot of clinics. The last place I consulted was Dr. Lee Ji-hwan at Bitwin Plastic Surgery. My main goals were improving the hump and asymmetry, so I didn’t want an implant, but Dr. Lee said it would be possible with ear cartilage alone. For the first few days after surgery, the swelling and packing made me a little uncomfortable, but once the packing came out and the swelling went down, it was like a whole new world opened up... ✨ The hump was completely smoothed out, and my family is even more satisfied with the results than I am... 🥹 People around me keep saying, “It looks so natural,” and “The surgery turned out really well,” and every time I hear that, I think to myself, ‘Why did I drag this out in my 20s worrying about it? I should have done it sooner!’ at least a hundred times lol If you’ve been worrying about a hump nose for a long time like I did, I really recommend doing your research well and getting it done as soon as you can. I’m so, so happy with the results, and these days I feel happy every time I look in the mirror! ❤️
