One month after revision rhinoplasty for silicone show-through!

Before I had nose surgery this time, the silicone was visible along the bridge of my nose, and there were dents and step-like unevenness following the shape of the silicone. The tip of my nose was also slightly drooped, and I wanted the tip to be a little rounder and the bridge a little fuller, so I decided on revision rhinoplasty. I had the bridge and entire tip done with autologous costal cartilage and 3D DCF, and also had the columella, nasolabial angle reduction, and severe deviated septum addressed, so I had my rhinitis surgery at the same time too. From the day of nose surgery until the next day when the packing was removed, it was hard because of the anesthesia period, my throat hurt from the intubation, and I had to breathe through my mouth. Once the packing was removed, it felt a bit better, so if you just endure one day, it gets somewhat easier. I had a lot of runny nose discharge for about 2 weeks, and after about 2 weeks it stopped, so it became much more comfortable. The major swelling took about 2 weeks to go down, and by the 3rd week it was visibly improving day by day. And the harvest site for the autologous costal cartilage hurt less than I expected. It was just sore and uncomfortable for about 2 weeks?? The scar is also not large and is not very noticeable. Everyone around me says it looks prettier than before and that it turned out well. My friends also say they want to do it at RU too The staff and the doctor were all kind. The silicone show-through I had worried about before is completely fixed. It looks more naturally pretty than before, and I am satisfied.
