I had alar reduction with Dr. ㅇㅈㅌ. My goal was to reduce it as much as possible, and they said they reduced it by about 4 mm. Right after the surgery there was almost no pain, but as the anesthesia wore off, I had severe pain like someone was hitting my nose But after sleeping one night, it got better!! I went to work and met friends while only the scabs had fallen off and the stitches were still in, and no one noticed After the stitches were removed, there was literally no visible sign at all!! No one knows I had surgery, and they ask if I lost weight. But because my alar base got narrower, the tip of my nose looks way too blunt, so I’m thinking I should have done the tip too
