I had nose surgery with silicone plus ear cartilage. I am not an especially sensitive type, so I just entrusted it to the director's skill, and the line came out well. Slim with a rounded nasal tip... They took a CT scan before surgery, checked the septum size, and said my septum was too small to use, so we should use ear cartilage. I was satisfied because they seemed to consider structural stability. It was fascinating that I could preview my nose line with virtual plastic surgery. It looked like a fetus, so it was funny haha. Later, because my health became quite poor, I felt a foreign-body sensation from the silicone and went for a follow-up appointment
