What should I do about nostril asymmetry? Full removal photos included

About ten years ago, for my first surgery, I had silicone + ear cartilage in the tip + nostril lowering, and then ended up with uneven nostrils + a blunt tip... plus a nostril wing indentation? deformity too (the reason I did nostril lowering was not because of a hanging columella nose, but because the nostrils were visible from the front and side, and the shape of the nostrils was a gentle triangle. I wanted the nostrils to look round and pretty, so I had it done.) The following year I had it removed and had a revision using septal cartilage. After the revision, it still wasn’t perfectly symmetrical... the shape was uneven, but it wasn’t very noticeable from the front so I just kept living with it. But as time passed, the tip lifted and the nostrils gradually became more sharply triangular, so before it got even more contracted I decided to have everything removed. I was told that in rare cases it can lift more and the columella can sink in... and even after hearing that it’s hard to return completely to the original nose, I still had everything removed (I went with a little hope after seeing cases that turned out well...) I asked them to make it so it wouldn’t lift any more than it does now and wouldn’t become more uneven But right now, the asymmetry is the worst it’s ever been, even worse than after the first and second surgeries They say after full removal a third nose appears, and even the nostrils seem to have taken on a third shape ㅍㅍ... That said, I’m not blaming the hospital that removed it... I just hate my past self for ever having had nose surgery, and if this was such an unusual case, maybe I should have chosen a tip revision from the beginning. I’m feeling a little regret... My swelling does seem to last a long time But will this really get better once the swelling goes down... I’m going crazy What should I do... Even though I know nostril lowering has side effects, should I find a really good place and do it again... Or can a tip revision make it roughly match They say I need to wait for the swelling to go down more, but the columella looks a bit retracted too. I feel like I should make a plan for 6 months from now just in case... I’m so depressed.
