It’s already been 175 days since my surgery. My outer eye corners used to look a little cramped, and the horizontal length looked short, so I always felt a bit disappointed. I didn’t want anything that looked too obvious, and I just wanted a natural improvement, so after a consultation I chose 3-way lateral canthoplasty. Right after surgery I was a little worried because of the swelling and conjunctival edema, but as time passed it became more natural, and after a few months my eyes really stabilized. Now the surgery is barely noticeable, but my eyes look clearer and longer than before, and personally I’m really satisfied. As of day 175, the scar doesn’t bother me much, and even if I had to choose again, I think I’d get the same surgery. For anyone wanting a natural change to the eye shape, this was a surgery I was very satisfied with personally.
