I went after watching YouTube back when under-eye fat repositioning wasn’t common, but when I went in for a consultation, I couldn’t even see the surgeon. When I insisted on seeing him, I think I saw him for 3 minutes? He looked terribly annoyed and consulted me with no sincerity. But that doctor went back to Seoul National University Hospital, and now the current chief doctor runs everything alone, yet the hospital system is still the same. It doesn’t seem like the surgical technique has improved much either, and the consultation manager very blatantly pushes you to choose all sorts of add-ons. So if you say you don’t want them and try to leave, they lower the price a bit.
