During my original first surgery, they only used ear cartilage and silicone, and it was exactly the straight nose I wanted ㅜㅜ But I got greedy, and when I smiled, the middle part of my nose looked too wide, so during my second surgery, I asked them to just slightly osteotomize the widened middle part of my nose and make it slimmer, but they said they would make it look pretty overall on their own and that they would use septal cartilage, and back then I didn’t really know ㅜ
But when the splint came off, oh my gosh ;;;; They had made it completely short with a semi-ski-slope nose + witch-like nose After that, now my nasal tip has drooped, but functionally, the inside of my nose is all crooked, I was diagnosed with a deviated septum, I can’t breathe, and my entire nose is completely blocked ;
I need a revision revision for both functional + cosmetic reasons, but some posts say to have it done by an ENT specialist, and some posts say to have it done by a board-certified plastic surgeon... Which is right?? And during my first surgery, it was pretty enough with just ear cartilage, so I don’t want to use something like rib cartilage ㅠㅠ Please, please recommend a clinic....
