The glabella show-through and the overcorrected nasal tip still haven’t come down much when viewed from the front, my nostrils are uneven, and the columella is crooked, so I’m wondering if it’s just failed. I want to remove everything and, with ear cartilage, do just correction to some extent and, if possible, even out the nostril asymmetry. Would that be a difficult surgery...? They said they used silicone, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated costal cartilage... I’m looking up posts and I’m scared and want to die.
