I did an in-out double-eyelid surgery because I did not like my subtle double eyelids, but I did not like the line after surgery either. I found out that if you have an epicanthal fold, the line will not look pretty. My previous clinic never mentioned that.. They said just double-eyelid surgery would be enough.. A friend told me that a coworker had surgery at [Clinic A] and it turned out well, so I went there. The wait was not that long, but it felt like patients were constantly going in and out. Even on a weekday morning there were quite a lot of people. During the consultation, when I said I definitely wanted eyes with a clearly visible in-out line, the director seemed to understand exactly what I meant and said that removing only the epicanthal fold would be enough. They said that by correcting the inner corner together with an upper-inner canthoplasty, the in-out line would be clearly created and would not loosen afterward. This is my first time having canthoplasty, so as much as I trust them, I hope it turns out well..
