I went in for a consultation for nose surgery and lower-eyelid fat repositioning together, and while I was waiting, there were quite a few other patients, but the clinic itself felt clean and quiet. During the consultation, when I told the director that my nose looked crooked from the side and that it really bothered me, they explained structurally why it looked that way, and I really liked that..! They divided things clearly into what I needed to do and what I did not need to do. The consultation itself was very comfortable, and I liked that I could ask about all kinds of things without feeling pressured.
