I also got the 3-contour surgery, and my face did become slimmer and more refined, but because I have a brachycephalic face and my cheekbones were large, I at least had some volume in the front. But after the zygomatic superior fixation and reduction, my face became even flatter. So I'm now looking into front cheekbone and paranasal augmentation surgery. People with brachycephalic faces should pay attention to this part.
