My face shape got a bit better after square-jaw surgery

Now the initial hardness and tightness I felt have almost disappeared, and there is no discomfort at all in daily life. The square jaw is much slimmer than before, so my side profile and 45-degree line are much better, and the chin connects naturally too, so my overall face proportions improved!! Overall, recovery went well, and I'm satisfied now that I'm in a stable period without any inconvenience in daily life!!
