My eyes would be my first surgery, and my nose would be revision surgery. Would it be better to do them separately??

Just like the title says, it would be my first eye surgery, and my nose would be revision surgery. Would it be better to have both surgeries done at once at the same clinic, or would it be better to find clinics that are good at each procedure and have them done separately??
