There isn’t anything seriously wrong functionally or otherwise, but my nose is gradually getting longer, so I’m looking into a second revision rhinoplasty. The more I look, the more I don’t knowㅜㅜ I’m worried it might get even worse from here. Part of me wonders if it’s better not to do it, but I really hate having a long nose, sigh. Right now it’s still acceptable, but I’m also worried the columella might get ruined, and all kinds of thoughts keep coming up. Why is my nose so long?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
