New pain appeared at 4 months

It’s been over 4 months since my first surgery, and recently the silicone has noticeably bent. It bent into a shape like the letter C, so please refer to the drawing. A pressure-pain-like sensation has been appearing intermittently around the bent end of the silicone. I’m not exactly sure if it’s pressure pain, but it’s definitely different from the tingling sensation that comes as sensation returns during recovery.. When I lightly touch it during the pain, it feels slightly warmer than the opposite side, but externally it looks fine. At the first surgery hospital, they just say it’s part of the recovery process. But it feels strange that a pain that wasn’t there appeared when the silicone bent, and also strange that it suddenly started around the 4-month mark, so I’m worried. Around 1 month after surgery, something like cartilage was protruding near the right nostril-side columella, and the first surgery hospital said it was scar tissue. But when I touch it, it feels hard, and lately there’s been intermittent pain there too, like something is stabbing upward from that area. Both pains come and go intermittently, but as the swelling goes down, the outline of the silicone is becoming more visible and the skin seems to be getting thinner and thinner, so I’m wondering whether I should remove it now. Due to my situation, if I can’t do it now, I’d have to remove it after 8 months..
