I had rhinoplasty at the end of last November using septal cartilage + silicone + ear cartilage, and my friends all said it turned out naturally and well, so I thought I was living fine without any side effects. But recently I noticed cartilage showing through around the columella, and on the wall side inside my nostril, there seems to be cartilage protruding or some white bone-like thing showing.... It looks even whiter in person. But there is no shape distortion or asymmetry. If cartilage protrudes, is the only answer always revision surgery? My mental state is really not good right now, so I'm looking into consultations at the three major removal hospitals, but is this the right move... But I've always been super sensitive after surgery, and if even a little something comes up I search it online, and the foreign-body sensation is so uncomfortable that I want to take this chance to remove the implant entirely and be done with it. Everyone, please help me.... My original nose was a pig nose with a very recessed columella, so I'm really scared that if I remove it, contracture or upturning might happen.
