It has been 38 days since I had no-implant nose surgery at Begin Plastic Surgery! I’ve always felt my nose looked too big and blunt whenever I took pictures, so I had been thinking about nose surgery for a few years, and this time I finally had a reason to go ahead with it. My aesthetic goal was a naturally refined nose that suits my face! Personally, I prefer no-implant surgery, so both the bridge and the tip were done using autologous costal cartilage. After surgery, I didn’t have much bruising or bleeding, and even the autologous rib cartilage harvest site only felt a bit sore, so it didn’t hurt as much as I expected. I’m at day 38 now, and I like that the front view looks slimmer and the side view seems more naturally refined than before!
