Since it was my first surgery, the tip of my nose sagged faster than I expected, so I am going back today for a revision Still, compared to something done rather haphazardly before, the silicone was fixed well and there was no particular contracture or inflammation, so that is a relief. But it was too factory-like, so the aftercare and that kind of thing were not very good.
