Lately I suddenly have a foreign-body sensation in my nose and one side of my nose feels blocked, so I am looking into it. If I have surgery without silicone and use only cartilage, can inflammation still happen? Should I go for revision or for removal I am so torn If I do revision, I think I would use ear cartilage and reused autologous costal cartilage for the operation, but everyone please tell me

I just had my nose implant removed earlier, and I left the septum alone, so why does my nose look lifted.. Is it swelling..? My original nose had no lifting at all, so I really hope it's just swelling. Does anyone else have the same thing?
