The director explained many things in a very professional way, which was nice. It felt like they would do it safely and naturally. But this was my first nose surgery, and they brought up autologous costal cartilage, so I passed.. The manager also did not feel very kind after I asked a few questions. They said I could watch the CCTV and showed me several before-and-after photos, and if you want something extremely natural, it seems like a good fit.
