I first had a CT scan and then consulted, and I still think they would do the procedure professionally, safely, and naturally. They kept touching my nose this way and that and explained what it would feel like. They were a little informal at times, but it never felt rude. But my mom, who came with me, said it was frustrating because they did not clearly say exactly how they would operate... The director explained the surgery process and recovery extremely well, as if she were the one going to have the surgery. The only issue was that the consultation fee was too expensive...
