I was very nervous because it was a breast consultation, but after it was over I actually felt more at ease, and overall I was satisfied. It was my first breast consultation, so I was tense, but the staff welcomed me warmly and it was an atmosphere where I could consult comfortably. They listened first to the things I wanted, and then the director carefully explained the realistic direction in line with that. I asked about several things more than once, and they answered each one with care. After that, I also liked how transparent the manager’s consultation felt, and even after the consultation the manager contacted me, but responded in a comfortable way without making me feel uneasy. It was the first consultation that played a big role in my decision to get breast surgery (I’m still deciding on the hospital).
