It has been over 10 years since I had jawline liposuction, and it still maintains some of the effect. I’d been worried about facial fullness since I was young, so I first had buccal fat removal at another clinic, but that caused hollow cheeks while the jawline stayed the same, making my face look square. Only after the jaw liposuction did my face shape start to look normal. What I’m disappointed about is that the fullness around the cheekbones and nasolabial area is still there, so I’m looking for a new clinic now. The effects showed up starting the very next day, and there was no bruising at all, so I was able to go about daily life normally. I had scars on both sides under my chin, but they disappeared after a few years.
