I'm writing this review now that half a year has passed since the surgery~ When I looked at nose surgery reviews, I thought the scar from an open approach would bother me too much, so I looked into closed surgery only. For the materials, I wanted to use septal cartilage or ear cartilage if possible, but the director said my septum was too small and recommended donor rib cartilage, so that's how I proceeded At some other clinics, there were places that recommended septal cartilage without doing a CT, but here they matched everything one by one while doing virtual surgery, so there was no way I could pass on it. After the surgery, moving my face felt a bit awkward, but as recovery continued over time, it settled in and I started liking it In particular, the tip of my nose, which used to be round, changed to a slimmer shape, so it became more elevated and dimensional, and the atmosphere improved a lot The donor rib cartilage also doesn't feel like a foreign body now, and there is no discomfort, so I like that. The nose shape came out smoothly with no step-offs, so as long as I maintain it like this, it should be perfect
