Autologous rib nose revision surgery with re-harvested autologous rib cartilage

I had my first surgery 3 to 4 years ago with autologous rib cartilage, no implant, and ear cartilage. Because of inflammation, I had the entire autologous rib cartilage removed and only the ear cartilage left behind. After the removal surgery, the tip of my nose drooped and the columella collapsed, and the condition got worse. I actually didn’t have much dissatisfaction with the bridge, but the tip of my nose and the lower columella/nasolabial angle felt severely contracted, so after worrying about that part I had surgery at Bymin. I went to consultations at several places, and it seemed like a pretty difficult surgery. I even went back to the clinic where I eventually had my revision surgery for a second consultation, maybe twice more. During surgery, they re-harvested autologous rib cartilage, maintained the bridge, raised the tip of my nose a little more, and restored the hollowed and pinched areas. Anyway, I had reconstruction surgery focused on the columella and nasolabial angle, and now I’m one month post-op. There’s still swelling, but it’s a big difference from before and I’m quite satisfied..
