I had revision double eyelid surgery, non-incisional ptosis correction, and under-eye fat repositioning. My double eyelid line was too high compared with my original line and did not suit my eyes at all, so I decided to have revision surgery to lower the line. Compared with that, my eye-opening strength was weak, so I had ptosis correction, and the under-eye fat was not severe, but I thought it would only get worse with age, so instead of doing it separately later, I decided it would be better to do everything together. Because the ptosis correction was non-incisional, the pain right after surgery was not that severe. But since this was revision surgery to lower the double eyelid line, the surgery took a bit longer because of the existing scar, and because I also had under-eye fat repositioning, there was definitely a heavy, tight pulling feeling under the eyes. Still, the director said the surgery finished cleanly, so I felt at ease. For a revision surgery, the swelling and bruising were not severe. The under-eye bruising did move a bit downward, though. Still, it disappeared quickly. It will still take more time before it looks completely like my own eyes, but just looking at it now, it is not excessive and the balance is exactly right, so I am really satisfied.
