My daughter had double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and upper canthoplasty done at Busan Ha-neul Plastic Surgery on December 27, 2025. The fact that the coordinator consulted with us and handled the contract before that was already a mistake.. At the time I didn't know it was a factory-style clinic and thought we would be able to consult thoroughly with the doctor.. But on the day of surgery, the senior doctor? I'm not sure if he was the head doctor, but he kept yelling at the staff and making a scene.. Because of that, the surgery was delayed by an hour.. The doctor looked at her for maybe 5 minutes, drew the line, and then sent her right in.. There was no simulation or anything at all.. But when I asked if our child should also have inner canthoplasty, they said it wasn't necessary, and now the double eyelids have come undone, her eyes are just round and wide open, and the inner part of the eyes is covered, so her eye shape looks even more severe, and she is really stressed out. I plan to go to the hospital today to meet the doctor, but the doctor who performed the surgery, Dr. Go Won-jin, has quit and is no longer there.. I am honestly so angry right now, but my daughter says she does not want to have revision surgery there, and I do not know what to do..
