I wanted a slim nose, so while I was looking into nose surgery, I found out that I had a friend who had already had it done. When I asked, they said they had it done at Tiara. Their nose line happened to match the look I wanted, and when I looked up Tiara, there were a lot of comments saying they were good at surgery, so I went for a consultation. Director Choi Hyang-seok looked at my nose and said that in order to make it slim, correcting the bulbous tip was absolutely necessary first, and that it would be better to raise the drooping columella while also correcting the hump and nasolabial angle. And since I had enough septal cartilage, I decided to use septal cartilage for the tip. I got it because I heard Director Choi had a lot of experience specializing in noses, and because it’s a private clinic so consultation through aftercare is done one-on-one, but it really was a successful surgery.. I can’t even remember what my old bulky nose looked like, because now it’s slim and suits my face so well that my impression has become sharper and I’m happy. I think I did even better than the friend who had nose surgery before me I think it’s all thanks to the thorough care from consultation to aftercare at Tiara. If you have a severe bulbous nose, definitely go check Tiara out.
