I had alar reduction, crooked nose correction, augmentation of the sunken area, and ear cartilage grafting. After surgery, I saw that the design was brought in more than I expected. At first, I only intended to correct the crooked nose, but while consulting with the clinic manager, a few other things were included as a service. The problem is that maybe the alar reduction was too much, because when I look from below, the attachment looks very obvious. What should I do in a case like this?
