- Reason I got it: No matter how much weight I lost, there was an area under my chin that was full of fat. (To the point that my friends liked squishing it...) I looked up dermatology procedure reviews and checked out Yakson House, but they said dramatic changes would be difficult, so I just ended up getting surgery.
- Satisfaction: Extremely high.
- Side effects: (This is not a surgical side effect, just my fault) When I gained weight, fat also came back on my chin ㅜㅜ I think I’ll have to see what happens when I lose it again (thump thump)
- Detailed surgical process and progress 1. It’s usually done under sedation, but I hate sedation so much that I did it under local anesthesia (the worst choice of my life.. hehe) 2. For 30 minutes, I felt my flesh and muscle tissues being separated, and fat mixed with fat-dissolving solution flowing out through the spaces 3. In the middle of that, I even chatted calmly with the director and nurse.. hah 4. Since it wasn’t sedation, after it ended I stayed in the recovery room only very briefly, then rushed home by taxi, and when I looked, my face was extremely swollen 5. By day 3, all the swelling went down and it became okay okay 6. Because they forcibly separated the flesh and muscle tissue and put fat-dissolving solution between them, I could kind of feel the tissues sticking back together.. hehe I made sure to eat plenty of protein! 7. You really have to wear the compression band diligently
