It was the busy season, so there were a lot of people and I had to wait a bit, and it felt crowded, but the waiting area was wide enough, so it was fine. Since this was a revision surgery, I kept asking about the scar and the line, which I was worried about, and they answered everything kindly and in detail. The doctor also made the line in a way I liked and it looked pretty, so I paid the deposit and booked the surgery date that same day.
