About a year ago, I got a consultation for lowering the line because of revision eyelid surgery. It was the worst consultation I had ever received, so I still remember it. There are many reviews saying the clinic is cheerful, and I do not know whether they are cheerful or not, but for me it was an unpleasant consultation.
