Eye Surgery Considerations

Dres review

Do many people get revision surgery because they are unhappy with the line or because there is no effect? I am so jealous of those who succeeded on their first surgery For me, the double-eyelid line from my first surgery was so unsatisfying that it stressed me out every time I looked at it. And the back-and-under canthoplasty was definitely done after paying for it, but... there was no sign at all that anything had actually been done, so nobody around me even knew I ended up feeling upset, wondering why I had gone through pain and spent money for that, and finally decided on revision surgery and came in to get it done! This time I had a really thorough consultation with the director about setting the line properly again to fit my eyes and making sure the back-and-under canthoplasty would actually show an effect. When I said I did not want the previous line and pointed out the disappointing parts of the old surgery, they gave me a clear alternative that fit my eye structure and explained why there had been no effect. Right after surgery my eyes felt a bit tight and swollen, and I was worried, but seeing the swelling go down day by day made me feel like this time it really succeeded. Before, every time I looked in the mirror the line was crooked or awkward, but now even though there is still plenty of swelling, I can see that the line falls beautifully and cleanly, which is amazing. If only I had met a director who understood my eye structure this well earlier, I would not have had to spend money twice and go through all that trouble. Still, I am relieved that both the line and the canthoplasty seem to have succeeded even now
