I booked purely for cosmetic reasons after hearing word of mouth that it was famous, then visited. It was a weekday lunchtime and even though it was raining, there were many people waiting. I brought a list of things I wanted to ask, and I liked how they went deep into each question and explained things in detail; it felt almost like attending a lecture. Since it was my first consultation, I was actually very tense because I was worried I might be sold on something if it was excessive or not, but because the consultation lasted this long, I felt it was hard to see it as mere sales.
