I had nose surgery at another clinic in Gangnam before, but over time the tip of my nose gradually drooped. I guess you could say a boundary formed between the bridge and the tip, and the step-off was very noticeable and severe. The silicone was also showing through, which was incredibly stressful. Anyone could tell it was a botched nose job.. I did like the height of the bridge itself, so I wanted to keep the original height while improving it again into a straight line, and that’s why I got revision rhinoplasty at Mihow. Their reviews were the ones I liked most, their overall reputation was good, and during consultation they clearly separated what I wanted from what needed improvement, which I appreciated. For the revision they used my existing cartilage and autologous costal cartilage together, and I’m really happy with it. Rather than just making it higher, they kept the bridge height and corrected the drooping tip. It came out as the straight line I wanted, and it feels like it suits me better, so I’m even more satisfied. They also improved the part where the silicone was visible, so the thing that kept bothering me has been solved. People around me also say my nose looks more natural and suits my face better than before, which makes me proud. The head doctor personally checks my progress carefully, so I’m recovering steadily, and the manager and staff are also kind every time I visit, so overall I think it’s a really good clinic.
