I had a reservation but ended up waiting almost an hour longer. It even took an hour just to get to the consultant.. haha They said even if you decide what to do beforehand, you still have to have a consultation before you can proceed.. I do not think I will go again because of the waiting. And even aside from the waiting, this was the first place I have ever seen that was this factory-like in terms of the procedure.. They lay several people down with only partitions between them, and one skin care specialist watches several people at once. Even if the mask is left on, they come late to take it off
